Join Chef Jared Martin at Fire + Smoke on Northshore Drive in Knoxville for Top Chefs 2025! Chef Martin has crafted an intricate menu for the night, including:

First bite:  A5 Nagiri - Flame kissed A5 wagyu, served with jasmine rice made with red wine vinegar and sugar, and brushed with soy and Worcestershire sauces.

Appetizer: Tuna served with pickled daikon and cucumber salsa made with jalapeños, red onions, and cilantro, topped with a soy sauce wasabi reduction.
Wine Pairing: Mio Sparkling Sake

Intermezzo 1: Basil lime sorbet

Entree: Duck breast served with herbed gnocchi, smoked bakers, smoked tomatoes, mushrooms, hazelnuts, and blackberry gastrique.
Wine Pairing: Siduri Pinot Noir

Intermezzo 2: Apple sorbet

Dessert: Pecan hand pies served with espresso ice cream, raisin touille, and dark chocolate port ganache.
Wine Pairing: Warre's 10 Year Tawny Port
