Top Chefs @ Lonesome Dove
Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Lonesome Dove's competing chef, Jason Scott, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:
Appetizer: Citrus Diver Scallop Croudo - Citrus Diver Scallop Croudo served with Pickled Serrano Peppers, Radish Topped with Fresh Lemon Preserves and Paired with a Nik Weiss Reisling
Entrée: Sage and Rosemary Elk Chops - Sage and Rosemary Elk Chops served with a Gruyere Brie Dauphinoise Potato and a Pomegranate Gastrique sauce and Paired with a Ken Wright Pinot Noir
Dessert: Cannoli Affogato -Cannoli Affogato served in a Semi Sweet Chocolate Bowl Topped with a Espresso Bourbon Sauce and Fried Pastry Dough and Paired with Lonesome Dove's Signature Frozen Shot of Tuaca
At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
