Top Chefs @ Lonesome Dove

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Lonesome Dove's competing chef, Jason Scott, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer:  Chipotle Braised Pork Belly Bite on top of a Jalapeño Cheddar Muffin Square, Paired with Penner-Ash Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, 2019

Entrée: Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon with Syrah Demi Glaze, Creamy Root Vegetable Puree, and Apple Cider Brussel Sprouts with a side of Kohlrabi Crimini Salad, Paired with Frank Family Cabernet, Napa Valley, 2018

Dessert: Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Fosters Sauce and Roasted Banana, Paired with Cui’ Cui’ Sparkling Wine, France

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
