Top Chefs @ Seasons

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Seasons Innovative Bar & Grille's competing chef, Deron Little, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: toasted sea salt, king crab leg, lemon curd terrine, pear reduction, Paired with PAPAPIETRO PERRY 2017 CHARDONNAY

Second Course*:

Entree: veal loin en croute, gorgonzola cheese, caramelized leek risotto, fire seared tomato, miniature egg plant, Paired with IL PALAZZONE BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO D.O.C.G.

Dessert: frangelico crème caramel, brandy flamed mission fig, salted crème fraiche, Paired with CHARLSTON SERCIAL MADEIRA

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!

* This course is not being judged as part of Top Chefs.

**Ticket price is per person and includes the three-course plated dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity. Your ticket also includes a donation to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Additional donations to ETCH and additional beverage purchases can be made the night of the event.
