Top Chefs @ T-Prime

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by T-Prime Steak & Seafood Restaurant's competing chef, Danny Wilhoit, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: IPPOGLOSSO E GNOCCHI PARISIENNE (halibut & gnocchi) - Salsa d’aglio, spring peas, black peppercorn, parmesan, paired with Poggio Anima Grillo

Entrée: GUANCIALE DI MANZO (braised beef cheeks) - parsnip two-ways, sweet peppers, roasted mire poix, oregano, parsley, tarragon, paired with Poggio Anima Montepulciano D’ Abruzzo

Dessert: CIOBAR DENSO E CHILE ZEPPOLE - fried vanilla & habanero pastry, chile chocolate sauce, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, paired with Poggio Anima Rosato

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!

**Ticket price is per person and includes the three-course plated dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity. Your ticket also includes a donation to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Additional donations to ETCH and additional beverage purchases can be made the night of the event.
