Top Chefs @ The Press Room

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner at The Press Room prepared by City Catering's competing chef, Matt Conti. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: Spinach and Sweet Ricotta Gnudi with shaved Portabella Basil Salad, Candied Pine Nuts, Citrus Poached Leeks, and Smoke Tomato Sabayon, Paired with D'Oro Chardonnay

Entree: Filet of Beef slivered with Lardo and Shaved Garlic, wrapped in Speck Ham, topped with House Cured Mushroom and Feta, served with Spice-fried Kataifi Nest, Okinawan Sweet Potato Puree, with a Charred Pepper Demi-Glace, Paired with Quattro Mani Montepulaciano Dabruzzo Red Wine

Dessert: Vanilla Latte Mousse served with Sweet Cream Cold Foam, Ouzo and Grand Marnier Biscotti with Mocha Ganache and local black walnut cannoli, Paired with a signature cocktail.

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!

**Ticket price is per person and includes the three-course plated dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity. Your ticket also includes a donation to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Additional donations to ETCH and additional beverage purchases can be made the night of the event.
