Top Chefs @ Fire + Smoke
Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Fire + Smoke's competing chef, Jared Martin, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:
First Bite: A5 Wagyu - Served with blistered tomato, cornbread crisp, and pickled peppers - Paired with Yamazaki
Intermezzo: Lime Sorbet
Appetizer: Steamed Neck Clams - Steamed little neck clams with tomato broth, crispy potatoes and greek yogurt foam - Paired with High Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Intermezzo: Lemon Thyme Sorbet
Entrée: Braised Short Rib - Braised Short Rib with yukon gold potatoes, hen of the woods mushrooms and black berry bordelaise - Paired with Purple Hands Pinot
Intermezzo: Cucumber Sorbet
Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Torte - Flourless chocolate torte, toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, ganache - Paired with a Cup of Joe
At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
