Top Chefs @ Bistro by the Tracks at Happy Holler

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by competing chef, Robert McDonald, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: Chicken Nuggets and PB&J - Chicken pâté with roasted peanuts, served with roasted strawberry compote and grilled sourdough bread

Entree: Steak and Baked Potato with Broccoli  - Charcoal grilled Kojied Eye of the Ribeye, duck fat confit potatoes, with broccoli and cheddar puree and charred broccoli florets

Dessert: Grandma's Chocolate Cake - Devil’s Food Cake with Wallace and McDonald’s family recipe icings and raspberry

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!

**Ticket price is per person and includes the three-course plated dinner, wine pairings, and gratuity. Your ticket also includes a donation to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Additional donations to ETCH and additional beverage purchases can be made the night of the event.
