Top Chefs @ Oliver Royale

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Oliver Royale's competing chef, Darin Hoagland, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: Escargot & Brioche - Red wine braised escargot, Pernod, confit garlic, Plugra butter, cream, baby arugula - Paired with Château Graville-Lacoste Graves 2022

Entrée: Sous Vide Ostrich Fan Filet - Potato risotto, parmesan, lemon, foraged mushrooms, blackberry demi-glace, parsnip crisp - Paired with Dandelion Vineyards Shiraz 2018

Dessert: Honeyed Pear in Puff Pastry - Sauternes poached pear, orange blossom honey, goat cheese and puff pastry twists - Paired with Residence Pineau de Charentes

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
