Top Chefs @ Oliver Royale

Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Oliver Royale's competing chef, Darin Hoagland, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:

Appetizer: Tempura Colossal Red Prawn - Tempura Colossal Red Prawn served with squid ink pasta, napa cabbage slaw, nuoc cham sauce, scallions, cilantro, Thai basil. Paired with Mosel Blauschie Riesling.

Entrée: Grilled Veal Skirt Steak - Grilled veal skirt steak served with roasted poblano risotto, black bean purée, piquillo pepper peri peri sauce, crispy yucca, demi-glace. Paired with Ricardo del Aguila Spanish Tempranillo Blend.

Dessert: Fig and Brie Braid - Fig and brie braid served with pomegranate molasses, spiced and candied walnuts, fresh thyme. Paired with Saldo Chenin Blanc.

At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
