Top Chefs @ Tako Taco
Join us for a three-course plated wine dinner prepared by Tako Taco's competing chefs, Jesse Newmister & Lucas Trombley, as part of Cityview's annual Top Chefs competition. Here's what's on the menu:
Appetizer: Tuna Tostada - House made blue corn tostada, Ahi Tuna, Guajillo Chili oil, peanut cilantro pesto, gochujang mayo, Paired with Mari Colline Savonesi Frizzante.
Entrée: Marinated Lamb Loin Medalion - Marinated Lamb Loin Medalion, Crispy Prosciutto wrapped Barley & Kohlrabi Chile Relleno, Stewed White Beans, Tallegio Cream, Beet Pickled Mustard Seeds, Paired with Tenute Dettori Vino Renosu Rossi.
Dessert: Orange Panna Cotta - Orange Panna Cotta, Milk Cake, Toasted Pepita Creme, Mexican Vanilla-Cinnamon Custard, Paired with the Tako Taco House Specialty Margarita.
At the end of the evening, you will have the opportunity to rate the dishes (appetizer, entree, and dessert), as well as the overall wine dinner experience, and help Cityview crown this year's Top Chef in each category! Only those in attendance will have the opportunity to rate these dishes, so don't miss out!
